Read together, they describe a set of remarks that has not yet settled into a single account of what Buterin actually prioritised. That is worth noting because the hybrid-computer framing, with five feeds carrying it against three independent publishers, has marginally wider distribution than the roadmap framing's three feeds and three publishers. Wider distribution is not the same as a more accurate account; it only means more outlets reached for that particular emphasis first.
